It was really dead but they seemed like they had a good selection still. Glad I didn't have to experience the chaos that supposedly happens here. I will definitely be back!" - Nina
"Interesting shopping experience. They bring out a large warehouse full.of rolling tubs full of donated products. You pay 99 cents per pound. Be prepared. There are regulars who are ruthless. It's amazing watching adults tear through (sometimes destroying) items literally throwing them through the air if they don't meet their approval. You can find treasures...especially books. Toys and kid clothes and stuff are abundant. Staff are nice and helpful. A well run store. I give goodwill 5 stars and the regular customers one star." - Bill

Get Bin Rotation Schedule"This a Sudden death thrift. It's like the hunger games of thrifting. I feel like I'm at war when I enter that place. You see clothes flying everywhere. People jumping in front of you for a piece of cloth. People suck. Deals are good tho. Pay by weight" - Giovanny
"There is less customer service now then there was before. The tone of voice used when dealing with paying customers is ludicrous. This is not a military school, it's a place of business. I do not work for the employees, the employees should be providing some basic type of costumer service. Guess what, if the regular shoppers and the first time shoppers don't like a specific rule change or way of doing things you should take that into consideration. Being told, in a huddle setting like school children, " if you don't like how we do something here then go shop somewhere else " is demeaning and disrespectful. Add that to the obvious fact that donated items are being picked over in the stockroom before being made available to the shoppers ( all good items have a rejection sticker on them or never make it to the bins in the first place ) and you have a recipe for disaster. The " random " choosing of the line experiment just keeps getting wackier and wackier and has turned into a power trip/favoritism type of situation. Let the people who have supported your store shop with some respect and dignity." - Omar
